How do I know if I have a claim?
If you feel you were not at fault in your accident you can make a claim. As long as the accident was within three years, a successful claim can be made.

What should I do if I’m injured?
If you are injured in the event of an accident, it is best to get medical assistance in order to assess your injuries. You should see a GP or if you require immediate help, to seek advice from a local Accident & Emergency department.
Once you start you claim, we will appoint a medical expert to assess your injuries. Following the assessment a report will be made detail your injuries, give instructions on recovery times and whether further treatment is required such as physiotherapy to help aid your recovery. This assessment will help aid the value of compensation you receive.
How long do I have to claim?
You have 3 years from the point of accident to make a claim.
In the case of a person under 18 years, they have 3 years from their 18th birthday to make a claim for compensation.
What is the cost of making a claim?
None. If you win, the insurance company of the other party at fault will pay all costs. If you lose you will not need to pay anything.
If I make a claim against my work place, can they dismiss me?
Your employer can not dismiss you for making a claim. If this does happen it can be unfair dismissal. Your employer should have insurance cover for you and therefore, if you make a claim, the insurance company will pay for the damages you have suffered and not your employer.
How do I know if I have a claim?
