Claim process

Below is an overview of the claim process. If you have any questions you can call us on 020 8896 1723.

You can call us or enter your details on the online claim form.
We will need some basic details about you and the accident circumstances if we don’t already have them.
We will instruct a solicitor from our panel to act for you and we will notify you of this. They will also contact you once they have been appointed.
You will see an independent medical expert who produces a report following assessment of your injuries. If you require more help like physiotherapy we can help arrange this for you.
Your solicitor will negotiate your compensation and ask if you accept or reject any offers made.
Once you accept a compensation amount, your solicitor will forward you a cheque.
 
If driver in road traffic accident
You can request a courtesy vehicle and your vehicle will be inspected by an independent engineer.
Accept or reject engineer report statement.
Your solicitor will send you either a cheque payment for your vehicle damage or have your vehicle repaired if you prefer.
